Michele Frakt is everything you want in a therapist. First of all, she is knowledgeable and professional. All good therapists have to have that. And she does. But, she has much more. She cares. Now, if folks have never had therapy before, you might think that is a given. It is not a given. Many people, like myself, have had therapy with people who were completely competent, but did not actually care about you as a person. If your therapist does not actually care about you, forget it. Michele Frakt cares. Her demeanor is nice, friendly and caring. She creates a wonderful environment for a therapy session. I highly recommend her.
